With Epic Boons turn Feats being removed from progression to be revisited, the only feats currently in the UA playtest are

the original 5e feats without a level prerequisite
the UA 5e feats with a 1st level prerequisite
the UA and Campaign feats with a 4th level 1st level prerequisite
So now there is no feats being playtested that are appropriate from 5th to 20th level. Nothing for Tier 2, Tier 3, and tier 4. Jeremy Crawford had said feats are to be customization to characters not tied to a specific class. To me, there is a huge gap officially for customization options that match the D&D fantasy being missed. People have complained about getting flight in level characters. But what about feat that offers flight you can't take until level 12 or 16? Survival is a common or major theme in low level play. But what about high levels. Would it be okay to always find fruit in the desert or just not eat at level 16 or 19? Or transformations. DMs sic all types of monsters on PCs. What if a play could embrace a wound or scar from a werewolf, vampire, lich, or fiend with a level 8 feat? If 5e is beng revise and refined with feats as core elements, it should attempt to refine the feat system as well before the skeleton is locked in again.
