softcover version of 4e campaign guide is a "scanned image print title"?

I was about to purchase paper versions of the Zeitgeist adventure path over at rpgnow.com and hesitated when I saw that the 4e campaign guide is a "scanned image print title". I can't for the life of me figure out why it wouldn't be a normal high quality print.

Anyone know if it is available as a normal print title anywhere else?

No, it's not. That info is incorrect - I must have checked the wrong box. It's a regular print title.

Did something similar happen to WotBS #7 and 8? Neither gives the option to purchase a softcover from RPGNow and they are not present on the lulu site either
