I use OneNote for all my campaign organization and it has worked very well so far.

I use OneNote also.

With the free downladable addin, you can print to OneNote from other programs. I also print to PDF from OneNote when I "publish" something for the players.

Masterplan has single-handedly renewed my interest in GMing 4th edition....

I downloaded Masterplan a few days ago and must say that as an electronic tool it is nothing short of amazing. That said, it is completely 4e focused so will be of significantly less use to anyone using a different system.

I checked it out yesterday and this software is fantastic. It seems to have the right chemistry - it's got mostly everything I want, it manages campaigns, encounters, skill challenges, you can make and print maps, its complex but not too complex, its pretty intuitive and for those things that aren't the 80 page manual only takes about 5 minutes to read through and 5 seconds to find what you are looking for. It really is amazing. I REALLY can't say enough good things about this.
