Backtrack the original link url a little like this http://dungeoncrafter3.com/legacy/ . There on the right edge is the download section where you can find DC1 and DC2 custom sets.

Yeah, they sort of dropped it. Don't know why. And unfortunatily it badly seems that they dropped DC3 in the middle of development too. On their own forum they haven't said anything for half a year now.
