Some campaign functions only available to subscribers?

I get the following when clicking on the apply tab

Could not find phrase 'vault_apply_nothing_error'.

I get to the message box now, but when trying to send I get the same error.

Leaving for a vacation now, will be back next week sometime as we likely won't have internet so no hurry.

Works now, however, my normal PMs seem to have an issue. At least one person didn't get my regular PM and I don't think Piratecat did either.
