Mah, doesn't sound to me a very sane thing to do, invest someone's money in one thing which doesn't really exist, because eventually later someone else will be so stupid to pay you to let him "not do" something "there".

Now I guess the guy has to get himself an insurance or something, in case the server on which the island "is" crashes.
