Some Spells for your review...

Here are some spells I've created for my homebrew game. I'd like feedback on how clear the wording is and how balanced they seem.

this link leads to a description of my magic system:

Bind Undead
Dark [Necromancy]

Level: 4
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: One minute
Target: One creature with the undead type
Range: 25 ft + 5 ft / level
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will Negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
Description:
Through this spell the caster is able to gain control of a creature with the Undead type. The undead and the caster must make opposed will saves. If the caster wins then the undead is added to those under his control (this new undead cannot exceed the total undead the caster is allowed to control). If the undead is a free willed undead (such as a vampire or a Wight) then every month the vampire may attempt to break free, though at a -4 profane penalty to the will save. If the undead is under the control of another caster then the undead uses its controllers will save instead of its own. If cast on desecrated land then the caster receives a +2 profane bonus to his will save, if unhallowed land is used then the bonus increases to +4 .
Focus: a tiny wooden casket prepared by the caster, costing 25s.

Brand of Tal’ru’n
High Magic [Enchantment]
Level:
2
Components: V, S
Casting Time: One Standard Action
Target: One Creature
Range: Touch
Duration: One hour per magic bonus
Saving throw: Yes, will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
Description:
This spell places an invisible brand on the target, allowing the caster to follow him. As long as the target is within 60 ft the caster knows (to within 5 ft) where the target is, otherwise the caster knows which direction and roughly how far away the target is.

Falcons Eyes
Natural [Wild]
Level:
1
Components: V, S
Casting Time: One Standard Action
Range: Touch
Target: A bird of Small or smaller size
Duration: Five minute / Magic Bonus
Saving Throw: None, can only be cast on a willing target
Spell Resistance: No
Description:
When cast this spell allows the caster to see through the eyes of a bird. The bird must be willing for the spell to take effect. This spell does not allow you to communicate with the bird, or guide its movements, only observe what it sees. If the bird is slain then the spell ends immediately.

in case it matters, i havent read you alternate magic system

Bind Undead: the one minute casting seems long. And why is the save so different from that of similar spells (dominate) and abilities (rebuke undead).

the other two are cool

my magic system is more of a spell reorganization then a rules rewrite.

The spell is supposed to represent a battle of wills between the caster and the target undead, which is why it does not have a set DC.

Here are some more spells I've created

Fiery Burst
Elemental [Fire]

Level: 1
Components: V, S
Casting Time: One action
Effect: 30ft burst centered on the caster
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Reflex partial
Spell Resistance: Yes
Description:
This spell allows the caster to create a burst of light, blinding those nearby. All those who fail their reflex save are considered blinded for 1d4+1 rounds. After that time is up then they are at -2 to all attack rolls and spot checks for 1d6+1 Minutes. Those who make their reflex save receive a -2 penalty to all attack rolls and perception checks for 1d4 rounds. This spell does not affect creatures with Blind Sight.

Leap of the Clouds
Elemental [Air]
Level:
2
Components: V, S
Casting Time: One full round
Target: Caster
Duration: 10 minutes per level
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistance: No
Description:
This spell allows the caster to run at incredible speed. For the duration of this spell the caster can take a full round action to move as though her speed was twice that of her base speed (thus if the casters base speed was 30 they could act as though their base speed was 60, allowing a double move of 120 ft to be made, or a run of 240 ft to be made). In addition while taking that full round action the caster receives a +10 bonus to all jump, tumble, and balance checks. A +2 deflection bonus is granted to Reflex Saves and Defense values as well. Finally the caster may move across any liquid surface as though it were solid.
