le Redoutable

Ich bin El Glouglou :)
say THAC0:
Fighter - +6/6 Levels ( 3/3 Levels )
Cleric -- +4/6 Levels ( 2/3 Levels )
Thief --- +3/6 Levels ( 1/2 Levels )
Mage ---- +2/6 Levels ( 1/3 Levels )

then
Hp above name level
Fighter - 3
Cleric -- 2
Thief --- 2
Mage ---- 1

then Weapon Proficiencies
Fighter - 4+ 1/3 Levels
Cleric -- 3+ 1/4 Levels
Thief --- 2+ 1/5 Levels ( well, it was +1/4 Levels in fact )
Mage ---- 1+ 1/6 Levels

:)

is this correct ?

Going by my Rules Cyclopedia…

Fighter THACO is 19 at levels 1-3, decreasing by 2 at 4-6 and so on.
Cleric/Thief THACO is 19 at levels 1-4, decreasing by 2 at 5-8 and so on.
Magic-User THACO is 19 at levels 1-5, decreasing by 2 at 6-10 and so on.

Though Cleric/Thief at 33-35 drops by 1 and another at 36.

Fighter and Thief HP increase by +2 per level starting at 10th.
Cleric and Magic-User HP increase by +1 per level starting at 10th.

Fighters start with 4 weapon choices and gain 1 at levels 3, 6, 9, 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, 30, 33 and 36 for a total of 15.

Everyone else starts with 2 weapon choices and gain 1 at levels 3, 6, 9, 11, 15, 23, 30 and 36 for a total of 10.

Basic Old-School Essentials appears to be the same as RC, except it only covers 14 levels and doesn’t include weapon proficiencies.
