Someone have a link to the 'what has changed in 3.5' doc ?

Hello all.

At one time, I remember stumbling accross a word document that listed collected changes from 3.0 to 3.5. I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone have a link ?

I'm working on my own version 3.25, and it would help out quite a bit!
