Actually, you can get a critical hit with a Cure Light Wounds, if you make the touch as a normal unarmed attack.
On a hit, you'd deal 1d3 + Str mod subdual damage and cure 1d8+X hit points; on a critical, you'd double the subdual damage.
The healing stays the same, though.
