When/How does a PC become a Song of Forms Prodigy?

I don't understand the question, and I wrote War of the Burning Sky.

The Song of Forms Prodigy is a feat, mentioned in the campaign guide. I only know 5e, so in that case a feat can be chosen instead of an Ability Score Improvement. Don't know how it works in other D&D versions. But I guess a player can discuss with the DM to get a roleplay reason for the player gaining this feat.

Thanks. I didn't see it was a feat.
I have a player who has spent a lot of time with Tiljan and carries the sword of Innendotdor. I was thinking of getting him this feat but didn't know if it was tied more explicitly to something.

Sounds like a good plan tbh. I also had a player learn the song of forms from Tiljann, but now this player left. So currently no-one in my group knows it. I guess I will have to find a way to teach the song to another player haha. Altough I think I remember somewhere in a later adventure they will learn it from someone else, but I'm not sure.
