I don't really have flavor text yet, but i'm sure you can get the idea of a spellcasting Monk.
Spell Fist

Hit Die: d8
Requirements
Base Attack Bonus: +3
Skills: Knowledge (arcana) 8 ranks.
Feats: Improved Unarmed Strike
Special: The ability to cast 1st level spells without preparation and Ki strike.
Class Skills
The spell fist’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Hide (Dex), Jump (Str), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Spellcraft (Int), and Spot (Wis). See Chapter 4 of the Player’s Handbook for skill descriptions.
Skill Points at Each Level: 2 + Int modifier.
Class Features
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The spell fist does not gain proficiency with any weapons or armor.
Deflection (Su): The spell fist gains a deflection bonus to AC equal to his Charisma bonus. This ability requires that the spell fist can cast mage armor.
Force of Will (Su): The spell fist deals additional damage with each unarmed strike equal to his Charisma bonus. This is a force effect
Foresight (Su): The spell fist gains an insight bonus to his attack rolls equal to his Wisdom bonus. This ability requires that the spell fist can cast true strike.
Forsake Shurikens (Su): Arcane energy pulses about the spell fist’s hands and illuminates his form. Using an unarmed attack with this ability active deals an additional 1d4 points of force damage. Alternatively, the spell fist may throw this arcane energy at opponents within 30 feet ranged touch attack. This ability requires that the spell fist can cast magic missile.
Enhance Strike (Su): The spell fist’s natural weapons all have an enhancement bonus equal to his Charisma bonus (max 5). This ability requires that the spell fist can cast Magic Weapon, Greater.
