Sorry to bash Green Ronin

John

First Post
I guess I should never make a post while pissed off. I would like to say SORRY for bashing Green Ronin in my last post. This doesn't come easy for me, but after reading your responses, I understand that what I did was uncalled for. Please buy from Green Ronin. My experience was, from what I have heard, an isolated experience.
It has been a few days sense I checked my e-mail and low and behold, I received a refund (before I had made my first post). So I my statment about "taking your money" was false.

Thanks for the followup. I'm still hoping one of the two packages shows up, as I'd really like you to have the books you ordered regardless of the refund.

I'm not sure what's up with the post office honestly. I found out today that a package I sent to WotC never arrived. WotC is literally 15 minutes from my house and it really seems like they ought to be able to handle a package in the same freakin' city. Maybe we ought to try a different local post office.

Chris, ask the post office about it. They do keep track of packages and letters. Any number of things could've happened to the packages; stolen, lost, squirreled away. So make inquiries and find out.

Chris,

I recommend you do not use the USPS. We've had many problems with them, including stolen product.

Use Fed Ex or UPS (though we've had regional trouble with each of those, every one occurance from a FEdEx is matched by 5-10 from USPS).

I agree with Dave. We still us USPS for some stuff but we NEVER use book rate any longer. Our small packages are tossed in with huge boxes of books and often, very often get damaged. Also, air mail and priority have bee really slow lately which has frustrated customers a bit.

It has been taking as long for airmail as it should be taking for book rate, 7-10 days, which is rediculous.

However, on free shipping we still use USPS but tell folks it will be 7-10 regardless, then if they get it eary, we have a happy customer.
