Just got the book
And i know the rant of the Soul Knife's Base Attack and that it has to be just a misprint that will be covered in errata.
But were we all sure of it
I say this for the simple reason that the description of Multiple throw.......

A 17th level Soul Knife will be able to throw his Psiblade Twice.....

I don't have a link, but one of the WoTC guys definitely clarified that it was a misprint, and that the BAB works normally. I believe the web preview was fixed, if that is sufficient corraboration for you.

I am just making sure it has been confirmed by Wizards that it was incorrect and it should be a Cleric BaB like the PsyWarrior

To be honest, I'm not sure why you even need some "official" confirmation from WotC on this matter. It is manifestly a mistake, it couldn't be anything else.
