I was going to post this link too. I have run a bunch of these outstanding adventures. No flops so far. My group just finished Those the Comet Brings tonight, in fact, with plenty of fear and laughter. I use the GURPS versions, but he usually includes Call of Cthulhu and sometimes other systems too. Great production value too.
