Google is leading an initiative to make "comment spam" like this less appealing and I'll be installing part of this here today. It will put rel="nofollow" in all links submitted by users with less than 50 posts. What this will do is stop spiders from following these spam links.

One of the purpose of this spam is to attempt to raise their rating on search engines. That, at least, can be taken away from these bastards.
