spammer blocker?

i recently noticed a person (?) with several frowns in their sig where a spam link would be seen. This person was new with one post and an un affiliated comment:" its shoing result is very well, unbilievedable."

This had nothing to do with the thread as it was a game starting thread. Is this a new thing to show that an unauthorized ling is present?

I am referring to the line of un-smileys. or should they be called anti smileys?

What you're describing can occur when people use profanity on the board. It's a pretty old feature, if that's what you were seeing.

the profanity blocker uses a different smily, the 'uhoh' I think.

If you see a post that gives you pause, please report it. Use the little exclamation point in a triangle icon.

It is not easy for us to track down, "Some person who had stuff in their sig".

The language filter uses standard smilies, by the ay.

It has already been reported, not too long after my OP of this thread. should be in the system if it has not been dealt with by another.
