Spectral Hand and Invisibility

Ok here is the situation.

Round 1. Cast Invisibility.

Round 2. Cast Spectral Hand.

Round 3. Hit person at range with a touch spell via the spectral hand.

So does this cause the invisibility spell to end? Technically you did not attack them directly. The spectral hand is what made the touch attack with the spell.

Opinions?

I'm inclined to say that it still constitutes an attack, thus invisibility would fail.

I think you'd be fine on that one...but your familiar might get smacked

Should be OK. The spectral hand is under your direct control. Technically, your familiar isn't.
