Spectral Hand and Invisibility

Ok here is the situation.

Round 1. Cast Invisibility.

Round 2. Cast Spectral Hand.

Round 3. Hit person at range with a touch spell via the spectral hand.

So does this cause the invisibility spell to end? Technically you did not attack them directly. The spectral hand is what made the touch attack with the spell.
