The buffs I outlined above (and many more) are actually very useful at higher levels. I don't see why you would rule otherwise. The rules say:I don't see any rules specifically allowing you to use a wand or scroll to put a spell into a Spell Storing weapon
"Activating a scroll spell is subject to disruption just as casting a normally prepared spell would be. Using a scroll is like casting a spell for purposes of arcane spell failure chance."
and
"A spell successfully activated from a scroll works exactly like a spell prepared and cast the normal way. "
and the weapon description says:
"Once the spell has been cast from the weapon, a spellcaster can cast any other targeted spell of up to 3rd level into it. "
Even under the strictest interpretations, a spell from a scroll or wand is still considered "cast".
