Spell trigger/completion and spell-like abilities

This question is pretty simple. If a character has a spell-like ability that allows it to use some spell, is that spell considered "on that character's list" for the purpose of spell completion and spell trigger items? For example, Pixies can cast Entangle once per day, but do they have the proper qualifications to use a wand of Entangle?

No, and no. A spell-like ability is not a spell, it does not use words or gestures, which is what you need to know to trigger the items.
