Spell Turning and Telekinesis

Wizard A has a spell turning spell up. ("Spells and spell-like effects targeted on you are turned back upon the original caster. The abjuration turns only spells that have you as a target. Effect and area spells are not affected. Spell turning also fails to stop touch range spells.")

Wizard B casts telekinesis and attempts to use the Combat Maneuver action to grapple Wizard A. ("No save is allowed against these attempts, but spell resistance applies normally.")

So does spell turning reflect the telekinesis effect?

Spell Turning reflects spells that Target the protected individual.

The combat maneuver portion of Telekinesis requires the caster to Target someone.

Ergo, when WizB Targets WizA with a combat-maneuver mode Telekinesis the spell is reflected.

However, I think it's safe to say at that point that if WizB becomes grappled by the reflected TK, he will voluntarily fail the Concentration check needed to maintain concentration on the TK spell while being grappled, thus ending the spell.
