Yes at base line it doesn't have the ambiguous nature of Eberron,  but it has numerous hersasies,  mysteries,  strange cults,  variations,  philosophical schools and competing cosmologies.  Religions in the Forgotten Realms are even more varied then Eberron.  And Al-Qadim is somewhere in-between Faerunian religion and Eberron religion,  that Gods are a fact,  but the Al-Qadim Gods much,  much less physically invovled.  And Al-Qadim is still very much a part of FR,  so Al-Qadim's Gods are Gods everywhere,  just as demihuman,  Mulhorandi,  Untherite,  Faerunuan, and Kara Tur, and Maztican Gods are Gods and grant spells anywhere in the setting.</blockquote>
