Spellseer Familiar and Wizards

When you take the Spellseer familiar feat, you replace one of your 6th level or higher utilty powers with the feat power.

So what happens when you're a wizard ? Do you get to take the Spellseer power as one of your two or more Utility spells that you get in your spellbook, or does it replaces both ?

You give up all Spellbook entries, just as if you had multiclassed.
