Well, if the issue with rage feats is that they are too limited a resource, then how about "reserved rage" feats that give you a benefit as long as you still have a rage available?

I have the Reality Deviant Press "Rage Feats" PDF and it's really good stuff. Granted, the content is limited to, well, rage feats. It's a very good resource for anyone playing a barbarian. You have to pick a feat or two after you've got Power Attack, right?

I keep meaning to write a review of "Rage Feats" since I think it doesn't get the attention it deserves.

There's already an Extra Rage feat, though. They don't have to be rare.
