Question: If you have a class with a split casting stat (like Spirit Shaman), do both of those stats need to be 10 or higher to be able to cast spells?

Or just the one that is described as 'you need a stat of 10+spell level to cast the spell'

In case of the Spirit Shaman:

Is it enough to have a Wisdom of 10+, or does he need a Charisma of 10+ as well?

Its just the one that actually says you need the stat of 10+spell level. This is also the stat which determines your bonus spells.

You don't need 10+ in the one that doesn't say you need it. This second stat is only relevant for save DCs.

[So, if you don't care about save DCs (for example, if you have a favoured soul who concentrates on buffing and healing) then you don't have any MAD.]
