LOL, yeah, I can see it now... The monk freezes in mid-air while jumping and all the sneaky (and trigonometrically brilliant ;)) goblins gather around the spot, where he would land, to hit him, when he finally arrives 6 seconds later... :p

or even better, you could have a pair of monks fighting, one tries to jump kick the other, but miscalculates the distance, which gives the other monk time to hop to the side and launch his own jump kick, which hits the first monk in mid-air... (I think I'd be calling for some balance or tumble checks after that one)

What about drawing a weapon as part of a spring attack? You've got a better than +1 BAB, so you can draw a weapon as part of a movement as a free action. Is it fair to draw while spring attacking?

As long as you do require a move action (as well as an attack action) to actually perform a Spring Attack, I don't see a problem with it.
