Spring attack with spells?

Are there any feats out there that let you move, cast a spell, and move again? The spell equivalent of spring attack and shot on the run as it were?

Yes there are...

Fly-by Attack is one of them.

There is another one as well, it requires like a DC 25 Con check each time you do so though. I forget the feat name, but I think it was in Complete Mage or Arcane or something...

It's the Mobile Spellcasting feat.

Mobile Spellcasting is in Complete Adventurer. It didn't seem to me as if you could split up your movement though. It says you can make a concentration check to both move and cast as one standard action. I suppose it doesn't actually specify when you cast so moving along a wall and casting through the window as you walk past it could be one interpretation.

I never know how to read these things properly and usually end up going for the most cinematic possibility when DMing - then I get annoyed when I'm a player and can't do the same :)

Oh! Took me a moment. At that level, a DC25 Concentration check is no major drama, but a DC 25 Constitution check is a nightmare still :)

Hehe... I was lazy and abbreviated. Which reminds me... Anyone else find it ironic that 'abbreviation' is such a long word?
