We lost a player recently, as he needed to move to Pennsylvania to help his family out, and we really need someone to help us out.
The campaign is really cool (I am a player, so I get to say that), and is in a low magic setting modeled after early Afghanastan. Right now the party ranges from 4th to 6th levels, and anyone starting out with a new PC would be at 6th. Our party is pretty melee heavy right now, so we could really use an arcane caster to help us dominate a little bit easier. Character creation is with a 30-32 point-buy, depending if you put a back story together.
The adventuring has been completely free-form, and the DM is great at coming up with options for us, preparing for the many avenues we might explore, and improvising well on the options he didn't think we would go for. He also runs a hero-point system which can really save your @$$ when you need to make a save or to help improve HP.
We are all professionals in our late twenties to early thirties, and like to chat about all the latest that has been published too. We also keep a pretty good record of everything on a great forum-based website if we have any questions in between sessions.
Send me an email if our group may interest you -
