Ok, another spell for evaluation. Is this too powerful? Too weak?

Squeeze the Lifeblood
Wizard 2
Necromancy
Components: V S M
TTC: Standard Action
Range: C (25’+5’/2 LV)
Target: 1 Creature
Duration: Concentrate (1 R/LV max)
Save: Fortitude ½
Spell Resistance: Yes

The caster squeezes the material component while pointing to the target creature, causing it to suffer 1d6 continuos damage each round from blood rising through its skin in dots, trickling out of its ears, nose, and mouth. The spell continues so long as the caster concentrates as a standard action each round. While this spell is active, the caster can sacrifice a spell or open spell slot as a move action to add the spell LV in damage. For example, the caster spends a move action to sacrifice a 5th level spell to inflict 1d6+5 damage that round.
This spell only operates on creatures with blood, so the spell is unable to effect most undead and all plants, elementals, constructs, or slimes.
Material Component: A heart – dried or fresh.

Looks pretty good. It's close range and with maximum concentration being the level...it can't deal too much damage, but it can also deal more than some other spells given enough time.

Good Idea! We need some better low level necromancy spells.
