SR Items

Hello all. I'm interested in giving my players some magic items with spell resistance. However, when I went looking for such items in the DMG, the only spell resistant items I could find were armor and shields.

If I put a shield or armor that has spell resistance into the treasure, that seems unfair for the wizard and the monk in the party. Are there other magic items with spell resistance that I've missed? If not, why do non-armor-wearing-types get the shaft like this?

Mantle of SR

There might be more, but the universal item of spell resistance that I know of is a wondrous item: Mantle of Spell Resistance. SR 21. Hope that helps.

Why would the monk have to worry about spell resistance? Unless you're trying to give these things out at fairly low levels, he should have fairly sizeable resistance of his own.

Thanks for pointing out the Mantle, adamda. In the time since I started the thread, I also discovered the Scarab of Protection.

Cyber, as far as I can tell, monks only get spell resistance at 13th level. If anything less than 13th level is "low" level, then yes, my PCs are "low" level.
