Stacking Bonus Question, part 2?

Has anyone compiled a place where they've listed all of the places stacking bonuses can be applied?

My list is All Ability Scores, AC, Attacks, Damage, Items, Saves, and Skills.

How about HP or Psionics?

Can anyone list these?

There's actually a stacking FAQ somewhere around.

One thing you need to remember - based on your previous question - is that a bonus applies to a specific roll or stat - not a character, item, or anything else. A character could have an enhancement bonus from 10 different sources to 10 different things, and they would not be 'stacking' because they all apply to different rolls.

Similarly, an enhancement bonus to strength really isn't stacking with a weapon's enhancement bonus to damage - the enhancement bonus to strength raises your strength bonus, which is what applies to the attack and damage rolls.

Anyway, to answer your question: Bonuses can potentially stack on any roll (except a percentile roll).

Bonuses with the same name do not stack, with the following exceptions:

1. Dodge bonuses always stack
2. Circumstance bonuses from separate circumstances stack
3. Armor bonus from armor and armor bonus from shield stack
4. Enhancement bonuses from missile weapons stack with enhancement bonuses from their ammunition for to-hit and damage, but not for penetrating DR.
5. Enhancement bonus from magical weapons does not stack with the bonus from masterwork.

   I'd like to try and find that FAQ. Anyone?
   
   What I'm asking is that there are things that these bonuses apply to. You say these bonuses apply to specific rolls or stats only. Above it looks like the bonus to a weapon applies to the weapon but I suppose you are saying that it applies to the attack and damage rolls.
   
   My list incorperates some of the basic stats. What about others like PSP's or Speed?
   
   Where is that FAQ?

I believe you can find Speed (movement rate) and when it does or does not stack in the FAQ.
