Stag and Ram stats?

Stag: large quadruped with a single gore attack. Depending on how tough you want it, either use the stats for bison, heavy warhorse or rhino.

Ram: small to medium quadruped with a single gore attack. Again, use either dog, wolf or boar depending on what you think it's closest to.

I mean honestly - the entire animals section could be replaced with generic stats for size, and a list of special abilities to add to them.

While the discussion started because the stats were needed, it continued to the point of obsession due to (faulty?) recall of seeing the stats somewhere.

Found the answer. Dangerous Denizens: the Monsters of Tellene by Kenzer has both. I knew I saw them somewhere.
