Star Wars collectible miniature game

Chainmail was 'heroic 25mm', which really worked out to about 28 mm. So, for the most part, they're still compatible. also, given the wide variety of sizes in D&D Minis (*cough*Commoner*cough*), it shouldn't hurt to mix & match them.
So the CMG minis are smaller then the CM minis? Damn! Most annoying!

Perhaps. Then again, we just like cheap pre-painted plastic minis for our RP game sessions.

Obviously there was a market to be served. I, for one, have a whole tub of MK figs that I am converting over for rpgs. And my current GM was "ugh, no thanks," now his "beatmen" are all werecritters from MK.

I'm just taking a look at the bigger picture. Besides, what's a message board without a big business "conspiracy" post?

It would help me to know what is the bigger picture you're looking at.

BTW, 28mm? I was hoping they'd do 30mm, the same scale they used for the RPG ruleset.

If the SW CMG is the same scale as the D&D CMG, then you can use some of your D&D CMG monsters in the SW games.

I'm pretty sure my GM's going to do that.

I know I'll do it. Heh, I had a Dragon worshiping Cult in a D&D game a while back...only ONE of the PCs realized the guards were Trandoshans from Star Wars. :D

Oh, great. the Little Green Army Men(tm) will be replaced by Little White Stormtroopers come this Holiday Celebration.
