The contact tells X that it his place is located a few hundred kilometers away from Pereria, a city on Talus. </span></p><p><span style="color: gray"></span></p><p><span style="color: gray">X is able to 'manufacture' a license for the permacrete detonators itself, without having to resort to contacts and such. Thus, the ones purchased would technically be legal. Technically. Just tell me how much you want and I'll give you a price. Depending on how much they average 500 credits a block. </span></p><p><span style="color: gray"></span></p><p><span style="color: gray">The Rhyll spice is very easy to comeby, since about ten percent of the entire population of Corellia are on it, including some of the government agents.
