Star Wars Prestige class question.

I feel dumb but I can't remember, what book is the Force Warrior prestige class in? And if you know and have time, what are the prereqs? Thanks in advance for your time.

Powers of the Jedi actually.

don't remember the prereqs off-hand. i remember that it's available to non-Jedi Force-users (such as Force Adepts), though.
