Starwars Kid makes appearance on American Dad

So did anyone else see the reference to the Star wars Kid on this week's episode of Fox's American Dad?

Really bad explanation of reference.....
Stan (the dad), his son the "geek" and friends go to a Sci-fi Con to find some uber-geek that’s been hacking all sorts of stuff and leaving notes in Elvish the CIA can't decode. One of the people they run into while chasing the "uber-geek" is the star wars kid.

Just thought it was funny that something that started as a joke on the internet has now made it mainstream TV, well as mainstream as Fox is going to ever get.

There was also an episode of Arrested Development that referenced the Star Wars Kid.

And before that, there was an episode of Futurama that included the line "All your base are belong to us", another classic of internet humor. :)

That episode of American Dad had to be the funniest one I've seen since the series began. :) I especially loved Roger's dilemma, and the way that the Frodo-terrorist got the geeks to mob Stan. :)

American Dad! is really starting to find it's feet.

It's not quite up to FG's standard, with it's total randomness, but I like that
while the shows are similar, they go into somehwhat different directions.

Not to mention the fact Stan's son was playing something obviously a combination of DnD, Magic the Gathering and DnD Miniatures game, though they didn't actually use the term dungeon or dragon. In the basement to boot.

Since All Your Base and the Star Wars Kid have been referenced in sitcoms, how long does everybody think it will be until we see the Numa Numa guy parodied? ;)
