Stat block as Word doc?

Basically it saves you having to layout the stuff several times you just enter the values into the database and the mail merge feature of word produces a page for each creature, you've put in the database. So if you have a load of stat blocks it can save a bit of time.

I'll throw out two modifications I've found useful: I put the ability scores at the bottom of the first "block", just under languages. I also just note modifiers, not the actual scores (which almost never matter). This lets me write the stat block more or less from top to bottom (the "trickle down" theory of stat block writing). I find it easier to refer to something at the top of the stat block than half-way down.

So the stat block looks like this:
