This feat would only be useful to Warlocks, as they alone have somatic components for their spell-like abilities. It would be the usual (3x/day, must be tied to a particular invocation). That said, what level should I set the minimum "Caster" level to match the minimum "spell" level?
a) Standard: Spell level can be no higher than 1/2 Caster level, minus 2. Thus a 4th level invocation (like Flee the Scene) can only be Stilled if cast by a 12th level caster (12/2=6, 6-2=4).
b) Nicer: Since Still Spell only raises the level by 1, Have this feat so that spell level can be no higher than 1/2 Caster level, minus 1. Thus a 4th level invocation can only be Stilled if cast by a 10th level caster.
c) Even Nicer: Have this feat so that spell level can be no higher than 1/2 Caster level. Thus a 4th level invocation can only be Stilled if cast by an 8th level caster.
Note: I am aware of the Sudden Still feat being allowed to Warlocks, but that only grants the ability 1x/day.
