Stock & CC0 Art Asset Sales & Freebies

Context:

So, in that "AI restrictions will bankrupt small creators" thread, stock images were brought up as an option.

Anyway, I keep an eye on videogame and 3d assets, and this humble bundle just came across my Facebook feed, and it made me think that maybe a thread full of good deals on non-unique assets you can use if you're making a book or something, would be helpful to some people.

It has a bunch of assets which could potentially be used for making scenes or art in a book, and the price is low.

No affiliate link or anything, just sharing something people may find useful.

Maybe later I'll share some good free sources as well.

So - I didn't end up grabbing that bundle for myself. I am considering this one though.

They have a bundle on itch - but I think I will likely get their subscription and then grab lots of relevant icon assets while I have it. They have many icons which I could use to zhuzh up Realm of stars a bit without the huge amount of effort it would take for me to make hundreds of icons myself. And per their listings on itch (some of which are name your own price), they don't use AI to make them.

I'm also considering these ones on the Unity Asset Store by a group called Rexard - but I'll need to make sure they're in a format I can use. Not as cheap, but I do like this art style a bit better I think. I'll be browsing through the individual packs they say are in this mega-pack.

I'll make more posts about ones I am considering or have used: CC0 or Paid, at a later date. If other people see any good art assets for those making their own books / games / whatever, feel free to link them here as well. I'm not saying this thread is only for me to post stuff I find that's good, but it should stick to sharing things other people may find helpful, you know?

I'll have to find that site I saved many cc0 nature photos from later.
