Stomp, but Area Effect

I am thinking about making a Monk/Psychic Warrior and my first level ability would be Stomp. I see that it has a range of 20' and is a cone-shaped effect. I would be interested in having the spell manifest as an area effect centered around me.

Does such a power exist? Or, can I somehow affect the spell with feats, or augmentation, or is it something I should just ask my DM?

a cone with a range of 20 feet begins at you and extends out 20 feet.

what you are describing is a burst with a range of 20 feet and an area of a 20' radius burst. this affects 4 times greater area than the cone above so should be higher level.

I agree. What if I wanted to limit the burst to 5'? Would this fall under the realm of a 1st level power?
