The "stone-faced" character trait is something I read about a lot. Occasionally used to refer to real people, it's usually a description of some police officers or intimidating people in books.
From the looks of it, said characters don't show emotions on their faces, but this doesn't necessarily mean they're good liars. They won't stutter when they lie though, but maybe they'll sometimes talk in a monotone, or just aren't creative, etc. Some would not be charismatic (Mandon Moore is an example; he was described as being incapable of leading troops, something even "the Mountain" could do better than him).
Examples include Teal'c from StarGate, Mandon Moore (a minor character in the Kingsguard) from "A Song of Ice and Fire" and Samuel Vimes from the Discworld series. Robots would almost automatically have this trait; so would warforged and at least many Vulcans.
If there was a stone-faced feat, what benefit would you expect it to give? It might be a Bluff bonus, but not necessarily.
