Stonghold Mapper?

Is there a program out there that I can make my own Stonghold Maps with Tile sets?

I know that somebody was planning to do Stronghold tiles for Dungeon Crafter (www.Dungeoncrafter.com), But I don't know if they actually did so. (Though Dungeon Crafter is worth having anyway, it looks good, its easy to use, and its free.)
