Storm Hawks: d20 conversion

Okay, I started a thread like this at WotC's board, but it's not going as well as I had hope. So, would anyone like to give me a hand with a Storm Hawks d20 conversion? Here are some ideas:

1. The setting would be a combination of the Elemental Plane of Air and d20 Modern/Future.

2. The crystals would be magical items.

3. Still working on the classes, but I did come up with some of the prestige classes: Carrier Pilot, Sky Knight, Cyclonian Talon Knight (Dark Ace), and Time Keeper.

Anybody else want to help out?

You might get more replies if you ask a moderator to move this to the d20 Modern forum or even General. The Conversions forum is typically for conversion of older versions of DnD to 3.5, not for "converting" a book, movies, or show's setting into a game.
