Strangest Campaign Setting?

Buttery Wholesomeness, a supplement for the HOL RPG (with character creation rules!) came with a bonus game called Freebase.

Freebase was a LARP based on the themes of drug addiction, prostitution, and gang warfare. It had "spells" up to 4th level that you were supposed to use real drugs with as "material components." It was kind of a parody of both LARPs and AD&D.

This one --> Rune's Oriental Adventures in the Dream -- the most mind-blowingly original campaign setting I have ever seen... "The world: Ah yes, the world... It is flat, but not really. There is no sun; there are no stars, nor moons. Day and night do exist, however. There is seasonal change (how could we have haiku without it?), but that change is sporadic."
