Voneth - How do you like the damage save in MnM? I have been reading the Green Ronin web site and really like the sound of them game (no classes, hit points, etc).
So far the Damage Save is just as good at hit points and while PC drop faster than in Hit Points, it's not as fast as one would think, especaly with Hero Points (remember if the original roll and the re-roll are both under 10 then the roll is automaticaly a 10)

Do you think it would work well in a fantasy style campaign? What problems or concerns would you have if you were using MnM for a fantasty setting?
IMHO, It really depends on your group. I run a 6 PL Farscape game, which is more pulp with a lot of fantascial elements, no one seems to mind my breakneck pace. I started with hit points as a stepping stone for my players and me, it turned out that they were more accepting of it than I was.

I want characters to have skills (use the 1 point = 3 skill points house rule) and be more dependent on themselves as opposed to items.
Since I limit Super Att to 2 PL, I do the 1:2 ratio. I find that players relay more on feats and items than skills, though.

How easy is it to make up mosters or other races (goblins, elves, etc)?
The FAQ pdf at www.greenronin.com has some guidelines and if you like, I will repost the stats I have from the game designer on dragons to zombies.
Overall, minor critters take longer, but bigger critters a much easier.

I would like to make Sorcery like CoC (find ancient tome...study it...gain spell). Can a roll be added to make it dangerous to cast using a skill (damage roll?) I also want it so anyone can learn it...with the material and time. Also it sounds like with the Device option I could make the artifact style items I want to use...very rare! What do you think of these ideas and do you think it would require lots of tweaking with the rules?
When you get the book, you will see it's pretty tweakable.
