Streets of Silver

All right then here are some guesses

Cracks of Chaos: A sourcebook on epic dragons, Yeti, trolls, demons and other major forces of the evil unmaker.

Cat-men: a racial sourcebook for furry roleplaying in Ptalmanar or elsewhere (you will then wait to see how this does before developing one for the hermaphroditic mermen).

Fat as Hobbits, Tricksy as Halflings: a racial sourcebook on Ptalmanar's little people.

Agents of the Gods: A religion sourcebook delving into the twelve gods of Ptalmanar, their split religions, including many new prestige classes, spells and rituals.

Regional sourcebooks: Any of the pseudo earth cultures, developed in depth.

Gnomes are a Myth!: an in-depth analysis of the impact of removing this core race from your games (32 pages).

Have you been tapping our e-mail?

The Ungnomish Apologist is unfortunately not on our editorial schedule, yet....:D

one or two of your ideas are actually planned though, good guesses, and since you're obviously a Twin Crowns Afficionado, how do you like the stuff? Are you running or playing in a Twin Crowns campaign and what would you LIKE to see us do?

Read my reviews ;)

I like the naval rules a lot, my viking mage character in a Ptolus campaign has ranks in navigator, pilot, and sailor, even though the campaign looks to be all dungeon and city.

I'm not playing in a Ptalmanar campaign but I like the materials and have adopted rules stuff for my Ravenloft campaign and my PC in the Ptolus game.

I think the high elven new world is very interesting with the colonists and that orcish empire. I like the flavor of the provided rituals such as the fort creation and the ship related ones.

I dislike the ley-line nexus requirements for preparing spells and would not adopt that in a new game.

I think any of the regions/races/religions could be developed well in their own sourcebook which could be done with dual ptalmanar/general applicability.

I also would like to see the monster cracks of chaos thing done, lots of potential there.

update

just placed an order for the book, and even if its not signed I will still like it and use it. By the way, I actually live in Keizer, OR Larry and that is what it will show on the order information.

By any chance do you know how long shipping will be?

Actually ES, no... but if you could post when you get it, it should give people a fair idea, bear in mind it is not supposed to ship to distributors and mail order fulfillment till tomorrow so I'm guessing they have it on Monday or Tuesday. I still don't have my advance copy, getting 'twitchy'....

Enjoy and let me know what you think....

I'll post a date estimate on Sunday night, after I chat with the Lead developer John Faugno on Sunday (he's a big Raiders fan, they beat my Jets, so duly subjugated I'm now rooting for the Black and Silver to win in San Diego, and we're watching the game together). Unless John stops by here first and posts a date....

We had a few pages of preview text at GenCon, and it was well-recieved. The book has undergone some layout changes since then, so we have not posted the old preview. A new one, though, is in the works, and will be posted in the Downloads section of our website this week.
