stun and paralysis

I was wondering, does Remove Paralysis negate a stun effect, say from a mind flayer's mind blast ?

We've discussed this in my group. Stunning is negated by:

1.)Heal
2.)Freedom
3.)Some spell from the minatures handbook which I can't Remember, but it removes all negative status effects.

Yes, actually one of the few spells I've seen that I asked my DM to allow me to add to my cleric spell list.
