Well, after nearly a year late, Stygian #4 is finally going into layout. The original theme of Urban Adventures was dropped for one dealing with Scalykind and the Underdark. We estimate this issue will be about 120 pages in length and has a good amount of art this time 
It will probably be our best issue yet, because we've had a long time between issue #3 and issue #4 to improve on our skills working with Word Perfect and Adobe 
I hope you guys enjoy the issue once it's uploaded to the main RoE website in the next two weeks.
Free publications are SO danged hard to motivate people to write for. Anyone else here running a free publication that can give me some advice on how to get more people to write?
