Simply sign up for a postnuke account and when it sends you a password log in. You can then submit a scoop among other things but that's no guarantee it'll be posted.

Postnuke account? I see that you and I both joined Jan 2002. I can't submit a scoop, I'm not "authorized". You can?

Hi, DMFTodd. You need to register for an account on the news page; your account on the boards doesn't transfer over there. Once you get the password, log into the news page and then you should be able to submit scoops.

Yep. You need to be logged into the news page, which is separate from the messageboards, the reviews page, the topsites page etc.
