A different color scheme for the rider.

Aren't the wings painted differenly too?

The inner part of the wings is painted differently, the toenails are painted the same color as the underbelly (which is painted closer to the Monster Manual than the standard paint job, for my money), and the tongue is a different color. And yeah, the rider has an almost completely different paint job.

The base also features the Dragon logo, which is a nice touch and, I believe, a first for a D&D mini.
